Like most women, I live to change-up my hairstyle every now and then. I go from super-straight blowouts, to natural and curly, to up in a bun, or flying free and wild, but at the end of the day, the most important thing, is that I know my hair is strong and healthy enough to handle my whims.
Taking time to care for my hair is something I have to remind myself to do. As a sworn minimalist, I admire my ability to get dressed, done and out of the door as quickly as a guy, but recently I've changed my tune, and started taking time to reconstruct my hair.
Taking just a few minutes to put the right product into my hair, let it set in, maybe adding a little heat to really seal in the process, and I've found that the extra time has made a huge difference in the luster of my hair – and healthy hair is sexy hair – and sexy hair makes every woman feel youthful and vibrant.
